Make My Day App offers optional Google Calendar integration to enhance the user’s sales visit planning experience.

What our app does with Google Calendar (Data Usage):

When a user connects their Google Calendar account, the application requests access to a single scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events. This access is used exclusively to allow the platform (latam.makemydayapp.com) to automatically create, update, and delete client visit events within the user’s primary Google Calendar based on their scheduling actions inside our app.

Data Sharing and Disclosure:

We do NOT share, sell, transfer, or disclose any Google user data or calendar event information to third parties. All integration data is strictly used internally to facilitate the core scheduling and synchronization features authorized by the authenticated user.

Data Storage and Security (Data Protection):

We implement industry-standard technical security mechanisms to protect your data. All communications between our platform and Google APIs are fully encrypted via HTTPS (SSL/TLS). Google OAuth tokens are securely stored and restricted within our protected database environment, and we do not retain or harvest external calendar data on our servers.

User Control:

Google Calendar integration is entirely optional. Users can disconnect their Google Calendar at any time through their account settings, which immediately revokes the app’s access to their data.

Google API Services User Data Policy:

Make My Day App’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Retention and Deletion

Google OAuth tokens and authorization data are retained only for as long as the user’s account remains active and connected to the Google Calendar integration. Users can disconnect the integration at any time through their account settings or request full account deletion. Upon disconnection or deletion request, all stored OAuth tokens and associated synchronization metadata are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. We do not store or retain external Google Calendar event contents on our systems.

AI/ML Limited Use Compliance Statement

Make My Day App does not use, transfer, or share any Google Workspace user data (including Google Calendar events and metadata) to train, develop, or improve machine learning or artificial intelligence models (whether internal or third-party). The use of raw, aggregated, or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
