Director of North America Sales – B2B

Make My Day is a leading solution provider that facilitates the transition and operation of electric vehicle (EV) fleets, reducing CO2 emissions. We are an innovative start-up that has developed an award-winning AI algorithm that optimizes EV charging for drivers and fleets. Our Vision is to lead the charge in fostering a sustainable future for companies, fleets, and automotive leaders worldwide.

Full Time (Hybrid)
  • מינימום 5 years in international sales, managing a dispersed team and exceeding revenue targets. You have prior experience in a similar role with a solid and proven sales track record within the SaaS, EV, FMS, Fleet or Telematics industry.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

  • Personality: Hands-on, driven salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a start-up mentality. Strong empathy for customers and passion for driving growth through value add.

  • Skills: Proven ability to lead high-performing global customer accounts, team player, analytical, solution oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Automotive and EV industries.

  • Results-driven: Track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Language: Native/Fluent in English both written and spoken

  • Ability to travel to customer/client meetings, industry events, and other business-related events as required.

  • Facilitate and coordinate product and sales enablement.

  • Participate in and guide discussions and negotiations with customers.

Fleet Software Product Consultant

Make My Day's is searching for a Fleet Software Product Consultant to help Make My Day's build best EV tools for fleets and EV fleet operation systems in a part time job or as a consultant. You will report directly to our two Co-Founders.

Part Time
  • Fleet Expertise: You have prior experience working in a fleet operation in large scale company and in fleet operation software company (both).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

  • Skills: Proven ability to write system design, team player, analytical, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the fleets needs operation, expenses, pricing, calculation and requirements.

  • Language: Native/Fluent in English both written and spoken.
