Make My Day App offers optional Google Calendar integration to enhance the user’s sales visit planning experience.

What our app does with Google Calendar:

When a user connects their Google Calendar account, the app accesses the following data:

• Reads calendar events: To display the user’s calendar events alongside their planned client visits within the app
• Creates calendar events: When a user schedules a new client visit, the app adds it to their Google Calendar
• Deletes calendar events: When a user removes a visit from their schedule, the app removes the corresponding event from their Google Calendar

Data Storage and Security:

• We do NOT store any Google Calendar data on our servers
• Calendar information is accessed in real-time only when the user actively uses the calendar features
• Calendar data is displayed directly in the user’s browser and is not retained after the session
• The app only accesses the user’s primary Google Calendar

User Control:

• Google Calendar integration is entirely optional
• Users can disconnect their Google Calendar at any time through their account settings
• Disconnecting immediately revokes the app’s access to the user’s calendar data

Scope of Access:

The app requests the following Google API scope:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar — Used to read, create, and delete calendar events related to client visits

Google API Services User Data Policy:

Make My Day App’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
